I was like royalty with seamless airport pick-up in a brand new electric car. The spa experience was heavenly, with an amazing massage.

Airport transfers at any time of day with helpful drivers and arrivals representatives.Pre-check in during airport transfer. Free foot massage. Extremely helpful staff. Nice touches in room - tea maker, biscuits, fruit.

Recommend it and would definitely book again. The rooms are well-appointed and well stocked and they have a TV set, double glazed windows, and a carpet. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet! The location is comfortable and decent, 20 minutes walk to metro station.

Enjoyed the beautiful lobby and lovely staff, but the room was quite small, and the bathroom could use some maintenance. The food at the Great Kabab Factory was good, but it’s best to avoid the extra bed due to its poor design.

Room was very comfortables and the staff were very attentive

Room service menu was too limited and the food was not very good. Noisy late at night. My room was over the Jalla restaurant and I was disturbed for about an hour around 11.30 to 12.30 when the staff were clearing up after the restaurant had closed.

There was written confirmation about booking but when I landed in Chennai Airport I contacted a person from the hotel and he informed me that there is no reservation for me ! When I showed sms and E-mail copy he contacted hotel again and they admitted that there is a reservation. Then they sent a car for pick up. The food price was very high each dish costing more than inr 700 The location is good and pick up / drop service is also good. Room and hotel atmosphere is also good

Just a great match for a brief pit stop in Chennai with good value for price. The staff were pleasant and willing to assist, making check-in a smooth experience. Make sure to take advantage of the complimentary hot chocolate if you arrive late.

Particularly in the F&B department, were attentive and added personal touches. Loved the homemade bread during the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food. The walk to parking felt lengthy with luggage, and the room size might be a downside for longer stays.

I dont want to say any negative word about your very good hotel and particularly nice staff. as the purpose of my trip was a buisness like, I would prefer to have a relatively simple room with more space to move and a bigger space for working (studying, Emails and so forth). there were many things in the room that I needed only a few of them. those things that I didnt need, just hade made the space of the room so compact and a bit hard to move.

The Hotel breakfast is very bad. there are lot of varieties but the taste is very bad. The Chef does not know how to prepare the food. I think the hotel has hired the chef from a road side dhaba. Even the manager is not familiar with the food what they are serving to customers. Absolutely tasteless and of very poor standard. This Radisson hotel should be downgraded to a 2 star hotel.
